"First off the customer service is beyond amazing. There was a tracking issue which they resolved immediately. The jacket is high quality and crazy warm for how thin it is! The goose down is spread and blended very well so it feels uniform without thin spots. I also like the draw string at the bottom to cinch it around your waist. Nicely done guys I love it"
